***Welcome to the new Art Class - Matthew Pearce waiting list 2021.

This list is for all students K-Y6 who would like to get into either
(A) the Tuesday term art classes that run 8 wks/term from 3pm to 4:30pm
or
(B) the Thursday term art classes that run 8 wks/term from 3pm to 4:30pm

both classes have the same content; it’s just up to you which day fits in with you.

…and yes, you can place your name down for both days to double your chances.

A note about how the waiting list works:

(a) if a space becomes available and you are next on the list, you will be contacted by both email & text to offer a space. You will be given 7 days to accept/ reject this offer. If you reject it or don’t reply to the offer, then the next person on the waiting list will get an offer.

(b) Spaces for term 1 may become available before term 1 starts. If so, waiting list students will be contacted. [in accordance with step (a)]

(c) Students in term 1 classes [known are current students] will be asked via a pre-booking if they will be continuing in term 2 at the end of term 1. If spaces become available, then waiting list students will be offered a space. [in accordance with step (a)]

(c) Pre-booking is offered to current students in term 1, term 2, and term 3. In term 4, open bookings will occur for everyone by “a first book, first get in” basis.

(d) This 2021 Waiting List will close just before open bookings next year for 2022 classes.
